RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or store credit. INTERNATIONAL  Returns - Limited return and refund policy.

RETURNS & REFUNDS in Austria  - Free return policy

All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

 

  • To start your return process, go to our contact page or organic@naspex.info, to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. 

  • If you need a size exchange, we'd happily arrange for that depending on availability.

  • We request you to return the products in a proper packaging. 

  • Please note that we will NOT accept returns of products that have been used, laundered or customer damaged.

  • The cost of delivery for returns is not refundable, but we will gladly cover the cost of delivering replacement items to you within India.

  • Please allow up to 5 working days for returns & exchanges to be processed once we receive them. 

  • For order returns, we'll send you store credit within a week of receiving your product return.

 

After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

RETURNS: INTERNATIONAL - Limited return and refund policy

 

Limited return policy opt to only accept returns (and give full refunds) on damaged or dysfunctional items. All other items can be returned, but shipping is not included.

  • We accept returns and exchanges within 2 weeks of order delivery.

  • If you need a size exchange, we'd happily arrange for that depending on availability.

  • We request you to return the products in a proper packaging.

  • Please allow up to 5 working days for returns & exchanges to be processed once we receive them.

If you do have any issues with the products, get in touch with our customer care team and we'll do our best to work out a solution.

CANCELLATIONS

If you'd like to cancel your order, please send us an email at contact@implosion.eco within 24 hours and we'll sort it out. Easy breezy.

 

Once you click that "order" button the gears are set in motion to get your package out our door and to yours as quickly as possible. This means that unfortunately, after 24 hours we are unable to cancel or make changes to orders. However, we are happy to help you with any returns or exchanges for your order.

 

MISSING PARCELS

  • First of all look at your shipping tracking page and you can see easily what happened.

  • Make sure you fill in your correct address when ordering from us.

  • If there is a wrong address being used with an order, it is on your one responsibility but contact us for support.

  • Email us if your clothes do not arrive and we'll get in touch with our courier company to track down the package.
